Returning to the Noh play, Birds of Sorrow, one of my favorite plays, with its theme that taking life kills the taker as well. We performed these plays in the stunning sanctuary of Edgewood Church there in East Lansing. Beautiful traditional Japanese costumes by Cheryl Mowris.
