Reading Agatha Christie and Alistair Maclain mysteries.
 
LAST MOVIE SEEN:
 
Murder on the Orient Express. "Albert Finney disappointed me."
 
LAST ACCOMPLISHMENT:
 
Revising the ancient Tuna Salad recipe to what is now one of the best-selling food items on the menu.

HER CHEF D'OEUVRE:
 
Tuna Salad a la Muriel

4 1/2 lb. can water-packed tuna
1 1/2 celery, chopped
Miracle Whip

Drain tuna, and squeeze dry with hands before crumbling to fine texture. (Wear plastic gloves.) Add celery. Add Miracle Whip to taste, and to individual moistness preference. Serve on toast.
